About roll996 Login

Secure, Fast and Easy Access — Every Time You Log In

For players who have been with roll996 for a while, the login process feels like second nature — simple and straightforward. But behind that clean interface, our platform does a lot of work to ensure every session starts securely and smoothly.

Roll996 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all login sessions — the same level of security used by leading banks in Malaysia. This means every time you enter your password and click the login button, the information is transmitted in an encrypted form that cannot be read by any third party.

We also support login via OTP Code — a great option if you prefer not having to remember a password. The OTP is sent directly to your registered mobile number within seconds, and the code is valid for one session only. This adds a highly effective extra layer of protection.

One feature many roll996 players appreciate is the "Remember Me" function — once enabled, you won't need to re-enter your login credentials every time you open the platform from the same device. This is especially handy for players who frequently use their own personal device and want faster, more convenient access.

If you forget your password, don't worry — the roll996 password reset process takes less than 3 minutes. Click the "Forgot Password" link, enter your registered phone number, verify via OTP and set a new password. Quick and easy, no need to contact customer support at all.

For the security of your account, roll996 will automatically log out inactive sessions after a set period. This is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your account is not left exposed if you forget to close the app or browser on a shared device.

The roll996 mobile app, free to download for Android and iOS, also provides a faster login experience. With biometric authentication supported on compatible devices, you can log in with just a fingerprint scan or facial recognition — no password typing required.

Once logged in, all roll996 platform features are immediately accessible — deposits, withdrawals, balance checks, bonus claims, live chat support, and of course, access to over 1,000 available games. Our Malay-speaking support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you encounter any difficulties logging in.
